Courtney + Ashton Formal Session
Meet the happiest couple you ever saw, Courtney and Ashton! Aren’t they the cutest? Not only were they the cutest, but they were also the perfect couple to photograph for this location in the gorgeous mountains of Park City in Northern Utah. One of the many things this couple has in common, and something I was very grateful for during this shoot, is that they are both very adventurous, so these incredible mountain views suited their adventurous personality perfectly.
We were able to capture these most incredibly gorgeous mountain views at Guardsman Pass. I love this location because the views just can't be beat. At this location, you’ll find yourself in the backcountry between Park City and Salt Lake City with the most majestic views in all directions.
Enough about the amazing location though, let's get to know this couple better! Ashton says that he loves Courtney because she is sassy and productive. He also loves her urgency to accomplish things, her gorgeous smile, and her infectious personality. Courtney appreciates that Ashton is a hard-working and service-oriented guy and loves his smile and how he makes her laugh. Ashton is excited to share his love of hunting with Courtney and Courtney can't wait to travel and explore the world with Ashton.
These two are both super sporty, and as previously mentioned, adventurous, which makes them really compatible. Ashton is working on becoming a police officer and Courtney is a personal trainer. Aren’t they so cool? The couple’s most memorable date was at Buffalo Wild Wings, where they watched their favorite baseball teams compete. Courtney’s team ended up winning (yay!) and thankfully that wasn't a deal-breaker.
Their wedding was planned to take place at the Draper Temple, but they were one of the (un)lucky couples that had to be flexible during COVID-19. So they adjusted their plans, and instead had their ceremony and reception at Cottage Charm in Sandy, Utah.
It was incredible to work with Courtney and Ashton! These two have such a zest for life and will certainly enjoy taking the more active and adventurous path in life together. I am excited to see where their life takes them and what adventures await them.
