Jaylie + Colter Formals | Manti Utah Temple

Jaylie and Colter wanted their formal session just outside the doors where they would later be married, at the Manti Temple. Talk about a gorgeous setting! I was so excited to take advantage of all the close up details the temple had to offer as well as some distance shots to show how grand and beautiful the it was. Jaylie and Colter were so excited to get married. Wedding planning had been an adventure that Jaylie enjoyed with her mom and all the details fell easily into place, which accommodated Jaylie's easy going nature.

Jaylie and Colter's love for each other seemed effortless and their main goal for their wedding day was to bypass the fuss and finally start their lives together. They couldn't wait to do all the things they loved individually now as a team. Making new memories while traveling, enjoying the outdoors, going to the gym and being active were at the top of their to do list. Both Jaylie and Colter look forward to creating a family together and having someone to share all of life's moments with.

Jaylie and Colter recall the first time they saw each other very similarly. They thought the other was very attractive but assumed they were taken. She was sure he probably had a girlfriend and he was convinced she was snapchatting a boyfriend. Isn't that the worst?! Well, it wasn't until months later when Colter decided he had to know for sure that he asked Jaylie out on a date. Luckily, their assumptions had proven false and after that first date, they spent almost every day together. They had found something truly special.

Three days after Christmas at the end of a long day helping Colter's family, Colter took Jaylie to a special spot to ask her to be his wife. The proposal was like something from a romantic movie as it even began to flurry after she said "yes!"

I am so glad I got to help capture these special moments for Jaylie and Colter. I hope the rest of your story together is as wonderful as the beginning!

xoxo
