Let's be real, life gets busy juggling careers, bills, errands, friends, family, hobbies, etc. but making time to date your spouse will benefit you greatly.  By dating your spouse you are creating a healthy space for love to grow and when love grows everything around you feels more doable because your foundation is strong. We've put together a few fun and easy ways for you to keep that spark alive.

Date Night Out

At least once a week you should be trying to date your husband or wife.  This creates a place for you to dive into your wants and needs with your spouse weekly.  A fun way to do this weekly is by going out!!  It can be as easy going to a favorite restaurant, seeing a movie at your local theatre, or bowling.  The bottom line is to get outside and have a good time making memories with your lover.

Group Dates

Double dates can be fun when you find the right couple!  Date around your married friend group and find those couples that click best with you and your spouse. By adding other couples into your date night it creates a different environment and often makes it livelier.

  • Bananagrams or scrabble

  • Face card games (Speed, Egyptian Ratscrew, Kings in the Corner, Black Jack)

  • Phase 10
