I am a photographer and have witnessed countless weddings with varying looks and visions. Making your wedding masterpiece has a great deal to do with your preferences, but it also has a great deal to do with your vendors. Making your wedding look timeless is a task that not all succeed at but it is a job worth extensive effort. I feel lucky to be a part of this process and each time I do I am in awe of the creative genies' that I meet, vendors and brides alike.

This styled shoot is one example of how a vision can come together with the right combination of vendors. I got to work with Blushing Rose Floral. This amazing florist is constantly exploring the balance of bright colors and new techniques with charm and elegance. Life and Style Studio in Draper was the perfect place for us to be able to explore all of these wonderful wedding elements and I watched as Morgan Kmetzsch created an absolute work of art with our gorgeous model, Crystal Reyes. Crystal was great to work with and Morgan's skills in hair and makeup created the perfect subtle look that paired flawlessly with the gown Crystal wore from Sweetheart Bridal. This combination of vendors was impressive and our work created the such a great final product!

So while you are looking and searching for all the pieces to complete your wedding day puzzle, I recommend that once you have your vision and the basics, reach out to your vendors or a couple of different vendors and see what they can do! If you want to take risks and have things that are unique and different, pursue them! But then make sure you hire the right team of vendors. These vendors should be group of people you trust to help you achieve your vision and if a timeless look is what you want, make sure they know that! Counsel with them often because they really do have the ability to make your wedding dreams come true!
