Lindsey + Brian Wedding and Sealing Day
Lindsay + Brian are a wonderful couple, and I was so happy to work with them! There were just one of many couples in 2020 that had to be crazy flexible and a little spontaneous with wedding plans, thanks to COVID. But little miracles along the way made sure their big days went off without a hitch!
The day before their planned formal session at the Mount Timpanogos Temple, all of the temples in Utah had to close due to COVID. Unfortunately, this also meant we no longer had use of the temple grounds for their formal photos. After a bit of scrambling to decide on a backup location, we settled on taking their formals out at Antelope Island. That is a location that looks good all year long and our session out there ended up being one of my favorites to date!
Their backyard wedding was held on April 25th and as said in Miss Congeniality, it really was “the perfect date.” It was an intimate and beautiful ceremony, attended by Lindsay and Brian’s parents and siblings. They were all smiles as they officially became Mr and Mrs!
A few months after their wedding they finally were able to be sealed in the Mount Timpanogos temple! They held a backyard reception following the sealing and were joined in celebration with many friends and family. The decor was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the weather was perfect! There was a threat of rain the day of the sealing but it held off so we could capture some images of the newly sealed couple and their delighted family. Divine intervention!
I’m so happy for Lindsay and Brian and wish them all the best as they begin their married lives together!
