Abby + Braden Wedding
I am especially excited to share this gorgeous backyard wedding with you because Braden and Abby are middle school sweethearts! Isn’t that that the sweetest thing you’ve ever heard? This wedding has been in the making for a very long time. Talk about meant to be.
These love birds met in 7th grade and were immediately drawn to each other and have never separated since! Abby says she loves Braden because he is thoughtful, smart, and funny, often surprising her with his jokes still, even after all this time. Braden says he loves Abby because she is smart, caring, and funny. After this long, they really know and love each other, so it was hard for them to narrow down just what they love most about each other. Braden and Abby are excited to explore, cuddle and spend every moment together! They plan to continue going on drives to new places, traveling, and watching funny shows when they are married.
This is actually my third time working with Abby and Braden, and I was just as excited to work with them as I was the first and second time. I photographed Abby and Braden's engagement photos at Antelope Island and their formals were done at the Utah State Capitol. So when they asked me to do their backyard wedding in Bountiful, Utah, I immediately said yes and couldn't wait to work with them again. If all my brides could be like Abby, I’d be set for life! She is so happy, kind, and easygoing--my favorite kind of bride.
This couple's creativity blew me away with every detail of their wedding. I hadn't really seen their creative side during our previous photoshoots, so getting to experience it at their wedding was such a treat. The decor at the wedding included gorgeous greenery with white and copper accents, which I loved! A really special touch was the wedding cake made by Abby's sister and Braden and Abby had the cutest send-off. They had the wedding party blow bubbles as they left on their honeymoon. Every detail during their big day seemed intentional, creative, and classy.
Abby and Braden, I am so happy that “good night” doesn’t mean “goodbye” for you anymore! Thanks for letting me be your photographer for the best day of your life.
